Qualifications

  • Married couples or couples co-habiting, living together for a minimum of 3 years and must be travelling together
  • No Singles
  • Both must be aged between 35-65
  • Homeowners
  • Gainfully employed with a minimum combined annual income of GBP 30,000+
  • Must be current major credit card holders
  • If retired must have a private pension
  • Must agree to either a morning or afternoon presentation and should the clients not attend the presentation they will be charged the full rack rate for the accommodation
  • Must not be timeshare / points owners / pack owners
  • The suppler must state the number of times the qualified client has been to a timeshare resort, and where.
  • Will accept British*, Scandinavian or German nationality and must be fluent in English or German speaking, if German will only be accepted at Hotel Karma Bavaria
  • No garden parties, meaning no brothers, sisters of the lead names, no friends, no double families wanting the same resort at the same time, no grandparents

    • *This excludes clients of Bangladesh and Pakistan origin

The resorts specifications

  • A Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required upon check in at all resorts
  • A Hotel Unit or T1 will be allocated only
  • There will be no upgrades available
  • Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
  • The qualified clients may bring a maximum of two children to the resort under the age of 18
